How does a coaching session with me work?
The coaching sessions can be held online in Spanish and English (exceptionally you can also carry out face-to-face sessions, you can talk about it and the conditions that these carry).
Coaching is a 1-on-1 conversation aimed at your personal development with the goal of promoting desirable sustainable changes. During the coaching sessions we will work together to achieve your personal goals, I can help you clear things in your mind and provide information about your behavior. It is likely that you will discover things about yourself that you did not know and this will help you getting back on track again.
